Morning walk with Nelly walking along side the Bastoy prison

Out in the woods with Nelly for a morning walk, enjoying the nature, wondering who outside of Norway would believe that this seemingly idyllic island is actually a prison? And that the best beach of the broader area (Vestfold) is the one facing towards this island, the Bastøy Prison, the first ‘green prison’ in the world? And that the boat connecting the island with the mainland is operated by prisoners? I had the privilege to visit and write about it for SOUL Magazine (Official) in 2010 (in Greek link here) .
