I would not worry about it. They are much less concerned with foreigners than local children. In almost all the mediterranean countries where homeschooling is not legal, they leave the Brits and US citizens alone. Especially if you are planning on traveling a lot, and not a resident.

Because we just base there but not planing to be permanet resident’s I wonder if is this posible? Can I registered her for home school in USA and move to Malta with not problem about this?
